Self Raising Program
Banjo’s Self Raising Program is an internal training program that allows current Banjo’s employees to grow into a successful franchisee with the full support and training from the Banjo’s Resource Centre.
Over time, employees can strive towards excellence through continuous improvement and growth to prove potential for the program. Selected employees receive full training in baking, sales, store administration and business administration. Whilst this training occurs, Banjo’s Resource Centre works towards securing a site for your new bakery, including site selection, fit out and leasing.
During your final stages of training, Banjo’s provides full support and assistance in recruitment of new team members for your bakery; marketing assistance, incorporating marketing strategy, and assets including material for radio, digital media, in-store marketing, local area marketing and external marketing options; operational set-up and staff training.
Once your new store opens, Banjo’s also provides support with in-store continuous training to assist in understanding of day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth handover.
