HOW TO FIND YOUR MEMBER NUMBER ON THE BANJO'S APP
HOW TO SIGN UP TO THE BANJO'S APP IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BANJO'S CARDBefore you begin, make sure your ViP Card is registered & verified with valid email address. The easiest ay to tell if your ViP Card is registered and verified is if you can redeem your earned Banjo's Points in store. If you card is not registered and verified, please call the Banjo's Resource Center on 03 6210 5000 or email [email protected]
Once the email address is verified, download the Banjo’s App to your phone from the App Store OR Google Play and simply Sign In!
HELP! I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE WRONG STORE! / HOW DO I CHANGE THE STORE LOCATION ON THE BANJO'S APP WHEN I MAKE AN ORDER?If you accidentally place an order at the wrong store location, simply call the store you placed the order at to cancel and refund your order. Once canceled and refunded, make your order again following the steps below to confirm your store location:
Depending on your phone settings, the Banjo's app won't remember your store location, you will need to confirm the store on each order.
I HAVE AN UNREGISTERED VIP CARD, HOW TO I REGISTER IT TO START REDEEMING MY POINTS?
Once the email address is verified the card is ready to go!
