Information on how to enter and competition prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Submission of an entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is via Internet only.

Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents aged 18 years and over (Entrants). Employees, management and directors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

Competition opens on Monday 18 March 2024 and closes on Wednesday 20 March 2024.

  2. TAG a friend in the comments of the competition post.

There are 40 x Major Prize to giveaway valued up to $11.20RRP each. Each Major prize is 1 x Free Pie Voucher that is available to redeem at all Banjo’s Bakery Café locations. Value of the prize includes GST.

The Major Prize winners will be a random draw from all successfully submitted entries on Wednesday 20 March 2024 at Level 2, 85 Liverpool Street, Hobart, 7000, TAS. The judge’s discretion is final. 

Major prize winners: At the time of competition close, the winners will be contacted directly via Facebook with information on how to redeem their prize. An announcement will be made on the corresponding Banjo’s Facebook competition post. The winners must respond within 24 hours of the announcement by social media message, email or phone to Banjo’s Bakery Café Head Office on 03 6210 5000 to claim their prize.

If a winner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must collect the prize on their behalf or give written consent.

The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law.
